Account Set Up – to set up / optimize and improve the design of company accounts on the relevant platforms, typically Facebook, Twitter and also advise on LinkedIn account set up and profile if required.

Typically 2 – 3 updates daily on Twitter with relevant information

Typically 2 – 3 updates per week on Facebook including images, offers etc

Conversation – reply to all comments and engage in conversation on your behalf.

Manage direct message inbox and take appropriate action.

Engagement – accept /decline ‘follow’ requests, follow appropriate people and acknowledge new fans.

Provide a monthly report summarizing the Social Media activity.
We can be flexible on packages and add or remove services as required and as we adjust to the target audience.
We ask for a minimum investment of 3 months to establish the benefits of Social Media. Afterwards we would work on a rolling one month notice on either side. We would not work with any competitor in the same geographic area.
Please remember that we do require some help from you to make sure that we are getting the right message across. This would involve an initial consultation with you to discuss objective and then ongoing dialogue.
